Hello and welcome to the chaos!

Winn West, storyboard artist, triathlete, three time half marathon finisher, and cat mom.
​
I have a BFA in Story and Concept for Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), with a double Minor in Storyboarding and Drawing. Since graduating in 2023, I've worked on several projects both personal and professional. When I'm not working on a paid gig, I'm constantly looking for volunteer positions to keep my skills sharp and to have fun and meet folks. You never know what kind of connections you'll make from some of these for-fun projects.

I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon. As I got older, I got more into art in online spaces. I taught myself a lot of what I knew before I went to SCAD for Rising Star (a program for rising high school seniors). I attended SCAD part time through my senior year of high school, and began full time attendance in 2020. I worked on Raising Hell with my capstone team in my final year at SCAD as the Story Lead and as an assistant compositor.

When I'm not drawing, I'm getting out and training for my next race. I'm a triathlete, completing my first triathlon in early 2025, and a three time half marathon finisher! I plan to complete my next triathlon and half marathon in 2026, and hope to one day complete a full IronMan triathlon.

My first Dual Enrollment college. I transferred to Dalton State once I got through all the classes that were helpful to me there.
2018-2020
Dalton State University
My second Dual Enrollment college. I finished out my core education classes here, including math, most of my English, science, and foreign language credits.
2019-2023
Savannah College of Art and Design
Where I got my BFA in Story and Concept for Animation and a double minor in Storyboarding and Drawing!
